Ceilidh

Southern Massachusetts boat campaigned throughout New England. Relatively new program (first season 2022) with a focus on middle distance events. Ceilidh finished second in the 2022 Buzzards Bay Summer Series in her first season. She won the 110 mile Whaler's Race a few weeks ago beating 6 other Bermuda Race entries. She finished 3rd in the 2023 Figawi and competed in the 2023 Marblehead to Halifax Race. Ceilidh (pronounced "Kay-Lee") is a Gaelic word used to describe a community gathering of friends to have a good time. Fitting description of our program - although these friends are also excellent sailors with numerous Bermuda, Transpac, SORC, Halifax, Fastnet Race and one design World Championship dinghy experience under their belts.
